Maison Kaïna’s delivery and returns policy:

1- Delivery

1.1. We undertake to ship products within the timeframes indicated during the order process, barring exceptional circumstances beyond our control (such as logistical problems or transport delays).
1.2. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the products ordered. Delivery costs are indicated during the ordering process and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated.
1.3. We use reliable delivery services to ensure delivery of products to the address specified when ordering. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information.
1.4. Once the products have been handed over to the delivery service, the risk in the products passes to you. It is your responsibility to check the condition of the products upon receipt and to report any damage within the allotted time frame.

2- Return

2.1. We attach great importance to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
a) You have 7 days from receipt of the products to inform us of your wish to return a product.
b) The products must be returned in their original condition, complete, unused and in their original packaging. Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be accepted for return unless they are defective.
c) Return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part in preparing the order.
2.2. To request a return, please contact us by email providing the following information:
a) Your name and contact details.
b) The order number and description of the products concerned.
c) The reason for the return.
2.3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the products

3- Refunds

3.1. In the event of a return complying with the conditions set out above, we will reimburse the amount paid for the returned products. The refund will be made as soon as possible and will use the same means of payment as that used during
purchase, unless previously agreed with you.
3.2. Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part in preparing the order
